HR Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Lublin

Act as Acvian’s primary HR expert for Poland, advising internal teams and clients on Polish employment law and HR best practices.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with Polish labor legislation and maintain accurate personnel records.
Support payroll administration,and statutory reporting.
Coordinate work permit and immigration processes where applicable.
Monitor legislative changes and provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
Improve HR processes, documentation, and operational efficiency through standardization and automation.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and external partners to deliver high quality HR support and exceptional client service.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR, management, law, administration or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years as an HR consultant or HR generalist; experience Polish labor law, onboarding, managing the full HR cycle.
Excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal) in Polish and English.
Leadership and time management; strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
detail-oriented, well organised, able to multitask; confident with computers, business software and online collaboration tools.
Sound judgement under pressure and a self-motivated working style.
Comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
